HALLOWED RAVEN LLC - SHIPPING POLICY

OUR PRODUCTION MODEL (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)

Hallowed Raven LLC operates as a lean, completely independent multimedia studio. To keep our operational runway clear and minimize waste, we utilize a print-on-demand fulfillment model via our integrated manufacturing partners (e.g., Printify).

This means we do not maintain a dusty warehouse of pre-printed inventory. Every single hoodie, t-shirt, and accessory is custom-printed, quality-checked, and packaged specifically for you the moment your order is processed.

1. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMELINES

Because your gear is custom-crafted upon order, your delivery window consists of two distinct phases: Production Time and Shipping Time.

  • Fulfillment & Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for our printing partners to manufacture, inspect, and package your items before they are handed off to the shipping carrier.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping Time: Once your package leaves the fulfillment facility, standard transit within the United States generally takes an additional 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination.

Total Estimated Window: Please expect a total turnaround time of 5 to 12 business days from the minute you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Please Note: High-volume seasons (such as holidays) or severe weather events may occasionally cause carrier delays. We appreciate your patience as we fund our independent project one custom piece at a time.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed accurately at checkout.

Because we utilize premium, geographically distributed print facilities to ensure the highest quality graphics, multi-item orders (e.g., ordering a heavy hoodie alongside a lightweight sticker pack) may occasionally ship in separate packages from different facilities. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost to you.

3. TRACKING INDEPENDENT DELIVERY

The exact second your package is scanned into the carrier network (USPS, UPS, or DHL), Shopify will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will contain a direct tracking link so you can monitor your gear's movement in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to update its tracking page after receiving your link.

4. CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENT

As a single-member independent studio, Hallowed Raven LLC cannot absorb the costs of customer address entry errors. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate, complete, and contains all necessary apartment, suite, or unit numbers at the time of checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [Your Support Email]. If your order has not yet entered the printing queue, we will make every effort to update it. However, once an order has transitioned to production or fulfillment, no modifications can be made.

  • If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for paying the additional reshipment costs to route it to the correct address.

5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, legal custody of the cargo shifts entirely to the logistics provider. Hallowed Raven LLC is not legally liable for packages that are lost in transit, delayed by carrier constraints, or stolen via "porch piracy" after confirmed delivery.

  • Tracking Shows "Delivered" But Missing: If your tracking number states that your package was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal branch. Frequently, carriers will scan an item as delivered a day before it actually lands. If it remains missing, you must file a formal missing mail claim directly with the carrier.

  • Items Damaged in Transit: If your merchandise arrives structurally damaged or destroyed due to harsh carrier handling, please refer immediately to our Refund Policy to submit your order number and photo evidence within 14 days so we can authorize a replacement print run.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this stage of our launch, Hallowed Raven LLC ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options.
