This includes, but is not limited to: broadcast audio, podcast episodes, storyline lore, world-building mechanics, character names, visual artwork, graphic vectors, corporate branding, the "Living-to-Skull" raven logo, and the names The Wounded Spark Saga and The Shattered Howl.

Unauthorized commercial exploitation, duplication, streaming modifications, or redistribution of our broadcast content or merchandise designs without explicit, written contractual consent from a Managing Member of Hallowed Raven LLC is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 4 - COMMUNITY IMPACT FUND & CHECKOUT ROUND-UPS

Hallowed Raven LLC operates as a proud, independent, for-profit multimedia studio. Through our Unkindness in Kind launch campaign and our ongoing point-of-sale systems, we offer users the voluntary option to "round up" purchase totals or contribute direct-aid funds at checkout. By participating in these programs, you explicitly agree to the following structural parameters:

Conduit Agency Status: Hallowed Raven LLC acts strictly as a temporary conduit and collection agent for these specific community funds. 100% of collected round-up change is isolated on our balance sheet as a dedicated liability payable item and is swept directly to public school districts.
Tax Classification: Public school districts are recognized political subdivisions authorized to receive tax-deductible contributions under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 170(c)(1). Contributions made by you through our checkout system are tax-deductible to the individual consumer to the fullest extent permitted by federal law.
No Corporate Tax Incentive: Hallowed Raven LLC receives zero corporate income tax deductions or write-offs for customer-contributed round-up funds.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, SIZING, AND FULFILLMENT (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

Custom On-Demand Production: All apparel and physical merchandise items are custom-manufactured on-demand via our integrated third-party print partners (e.g., Printify) at the time of order placement.
Color and Detail Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
